After the reorganization of the major businesses and assets of Hunan Publishing Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd, China South Publishing & Media Group Co., Ltd. China South Publishing & Media Group was listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange on October 28, 2010(the stock code:601098) and raised fund of RMB 4.24 billion through IPO which surpassed market expectations by 30%.
